This Privacy Policy belongs to medstafflt.com, LLC (“Medstaff”) and the companies or brands under its ownership, leadership, or control (collectively, “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). Whether you’re visiting our primary website at www.medstafflt.com, one of our other websites, using our mobile applications, or accessing information through Medstaff-branded channels, we want you to trust how we handle your information and understand how we use it.

This Policy supports our core privacy principles and describes how we gather, store, and use personal information belonging to individuals who use our websites, mobile applications, other digital channels, or who apply for, register to use, or use our staffing and placement services (“Services”). Unless we’re providing those services to someone else (in which case a different entity’s privacy policy would apply), this Policy governs our data practices. By using our websites or mobile applications, you consent to its terms. We may update this Policy periodically, so please review it from time to time.

If we collect Personal Information (defined below) from or about you in relation to your potential placement as a candidate, our Candidate Privacy Information Statement also applies. You can obtain a copy by contacting us.

This Privacy Policy applies wherever it’s posted: our websites, mobile applications, and other digital channels. Please remember that any personal information you share publicly—on our websites, mobile applications, or other digital channels—could be seen or collected by third parties outside our control. We are not responsible for the use those parties make of information you post publicly. We also encourage you to check the privacy policies on any third-party websites linked from our websites, mobile applications, or other digital channels.

Information We Collect

When you visit or use our websites, mobile applications, or other digital channels, we collect information about you (including “Personal Information”). “Personal Information” refers to data that identifies (directly or indirectly) or otherwise relates to you, including data legally defined as Personal Information. In some cases, we also collect information from outside our websites, mobile applications, or other channels—such as details about candidates placed by us, or clients who post job opportunities or who hire candidates through our Company. This information helps us understand the interests and requirements of both candidates and clients, post and solicit applications for staffing openings, and track the status of job postings.

Below are the main categories of Personal Information we collect directly from (or about) you, and how we do so:

  • Staffing and Career Opportunities:
If you’re a candidate and you apply for a staffing opportunity or for a career with us, we may collect Personal Information and other details you provide. This can include your name, physical address, phone number, email address, professional qualifications (education, training, internships, work experience), skill sets (e.g., foreign language skills), and anything listed on your resume or CV.

For more details on how we collect information about staffing candidates, please see our Candidate Privacy Information Statement.

  • Online Forms and Accounts:
When you complete a form or create an account on our websites, mobile apps, or other digital channels, we may collect identifiers like your name, email address, phone number, physical address, professional or employment-related details, and login info. You can also upload resumes, CVs, cover letters, transcripts, and work samples to our websites, mobile apps, or other digital channels.
  • Communications with Us Online:
We collect any Personal Information you choose to provide when you use our contact forms (for example, “Contact us,” “Get in touch,” or “Let us help”). You are not required to provide Personal Information on these forms, but fields marked with an asterisk (*) are necessary for us to address your request or enhance your experience with our services. Any messages you send us are kept according to our standard retention policies.
  • Client Staffing and Recruitment Needs:
If you represent a facility or client looking for our Services, we may collect Personal Information and other details in relation to your organization’s staffing and recruitment needs (for example, your name, organization name, job title, industry, any staffing challenges, or other relevant information).
  • Marketing:
We may collect data for marketing and analytics, such as how you respond to our email, SMS, phone, or other campaigns. We may also gather feedback from surveys about your experience with our Services. Standard messaging and data rates may apply based on your carrier or service plan.
  • Social Media, Online Forums, Blogs, Message Boards:
We may collect Personal Information and other details you share when you interact with us on social media platforms. We might also collect publicly available information from your social media profiles or other public sites (such as Facebook, LinkedIn, X, or Instagram). This could include your name, contact info, work experience, skill sets, or any other information you choose to make public.
  • Cookies and Automated Technology:
Our websites, mobile apps, and other digital channels use cookies and similar technologies to collect and store data about you and your browsing history. A “cookie” is a small text file or code stored in your browser or device that remembers you and your preferences. We use cookies if they’re required to deliver our Services, if it’s in our legitimate interests (and not overridden by your rights), or if you’ve given consent where required by law. Types of cookies we use include:

    • Targeting or Advertising Cookies – Record your visits, pages viewed, and links followed. With your consent, we use this info to make our sites and apps more relevant to your interests and may share it with third parties for advertising.
